Weeks: From Feb 1st, 2021 to March 27th, 2021

Lessons: 8-weeks zoomed by. The past two months offered several lessons here they are in hopes you’re able to use them to avoid a few of the traps I fell into.

• Do not focus on the money you’ll earn from trading in the beginning.
  • While this challenge set out as a way to show you how ‘easy it is to gain 50-100 pips each week’, it soon snowballed into a shit-show. Why?
  • Because I chose to zero in on growing my account. At times I went above my 2% exposure all for the sake of showmanship. Plus, I didn’t want to embarrass myself, publicly anyway.
  • Not until week 7 did I regroup and set my sights on what was most important, gaining pips, not dinero. (This was hard for me.)

• Do focus on repeating a system that works consistently for you. It’s likely one or two of your favorite setups
  • You’ll noticed that my trades later in the week yielded the best results. Why?
  • Because the market makers have already revealed what their plan. I can see where liquidity resides and can visualize where they’ll likely head next.

Next Steps: This was a fun way to capture my results, instead of simply leaving them in my notebook. It’s in my best interest to do this again… in hopes of inspiring you to do the same. I’ll consider video taping each trade so you’re able to view my entries and exits. Over the next two months I’ll repeat this ‘challenge’ and document my results here.
